　　科技日报讯 (记者宋迎迎)4月26日，我国首条全自主运行系统(以下简称“全自主系统”)线路——青岛地铁6号线一期工程开通运营。

　　列车控制系统是控制列车安全、准时运行的指挥部。传统系统的主要设备安装在轨旁，列车全程听地面指挥。全自主系统是基于车车通信和车载融合的新一代列车控制系统，可以将轨旁主要设备的功能分散到列车上。青岛地铁集团设备技术部二级总监左旭涛表示，通过列车与列车之间的直接“通话”，后方列车可以直接获取前方列车的状态信息，从而做出自行判断，就像列车有了自己的“大脑”和“千里眼”，能够自主“奔跑”。

　　“简单地说，这项技术让列车‘自己跑、自己停、自己回’，自己判断运行，提升地铁的运行效率和乘客体验。”青岛地铁集团设备技术部副部长任玲介绍，运用全自主系统后，传统意义上的地铁司机转变为“司乘人员”，职责由原来的驾驶列车、处理运行故障转变为监控车辆运行、处理列车内突发事件。

　　作为国际领先的列车运行系统，全自主系统不仅能显著降低设备维护次数，还大幅提升了运营效率。运营高峰期时，线路每小时可以多上线6列车，多运送约8000名乘客。

　　记者了解到，青岛地铁6号线一期共有21座车站，其中有6座车站是装配式车站，九顶山路站是目前全国已建成的最大规模装配式地铁车站。该车站全长286.8米，其中预制装配段总长220米，拼装总重达2.48万吨。

　　“我们联合青岛地铁集团开展地铁车站预制装配技术攻关研究，成功解决了大体积无预应力混凝土构件的生产、翻转、吊装、运输等技术难题。同时，综合运用三维激光扫描和BIM等技术，将拼装精度控制在毫米级，最终优质完成了九顶山路站110环590个构件拼装。”中铁一局项目党支部书记李玉龙介绍。（科技日报）
